Enjoy the Capstone (and other HBCU) Experience

The series of essays poignantly describes the Black college experience enjoyed by my peers in the 1980s, before (a few stories from the 60s), and beyond. This should be read by students considering an HBCU institution and alumni wishing to compare their experience with the essayists, like me (Howard 1985).

This is an excellent book that gives the relevance of the value of the Historically Black College and University. Each essay provides the reader and future students the opportunity to learn about some of the most prestigious HBCUs. I highly recommend it.
