Learning about matters of matriculation and college survival!

Kathy Moore absolutely hit the nail on the head matriculation does matter and of this book does a fantastic job of explaining why. I definitely wish I had read something like this when starting college. I imagine it would've changed my whole college experience, particularly freshman year drastically for the better. This book touches on everything from how to deal with moving in with a new roommate to have it stay organized classes, as well as take full advantage of tutoring and study sessions to ace your classes. It also gives tips on how to stay organized and manage your time. So that you never feel crunched or stressed when it comes to organizing your schedule these tight management techniques also help to ensure that as a student you can make the most of your college experience.
Kathy also covers things like finding your passion, she let students know that it's okay to change your major and step outside your comfort zone. As far as what you think you might be interested in. Even though this book is only 56 pages is truly a step-by-step guide to preparing for university level classes. Keys to college success

I only have a few short years left before my oldest goes off to college. She's already starting to look at what school she wants to go to. It's a scary thought and it can be a bit of an overwhelming process. This guide is perfect! It talks about basic college survival techniques and how to get through your first year without losing your mind. The information is well organized and easy to follow. It's short but that's really an advantage. It gives you just enough information. It also talks about staying organized and getting the most out of your first year at college. Getting through that first year is really the key to success overall. If you've had a good Freshman year or built a good foundation in your first year, the rest will probably go smoother. I'm nervous about her going off to college but with the right tools, like this book, I know she's on the path to success!

good length and great suggestions.

This book is great, it's so useful! This is now my third time through college and I didn't realize how much I missed out on while I was a freshman the first time around (really did nothing but party). It's very easy to read and follow and has some great suggestions to get more from your year other than either being a book worm or a party animal. I'm very happy I bought this book and I've learned a lot from it. It's a really good price too for something useful like this, and being a student I've got plenty to do already so it's good that it's quite short. Even though it's short it's still really well laid out and easy to follow. I think the author did a good job filling a void with this book and I haven't seen many guides that are both short enough (for effortless reading) and useful enough (great suggestions) that it's worth buying.
